Crafted to commemorate the pro-democracy riots of 1868, an event deeply woven into the town’s story, this cheese is as rich in history as it is in flavour.

Sealed in striking black wax, it offers a traditional farmhouse cheddar taste reminiscent of the now-discontinued Pwll Mawr. Its robust, mature character makes it perfect for cheese boards, cooking, or enjoying on its own. Recognised for its quality, it proudly won a Bronze Medal at the International Cheese Awards 2021.
