Braising steak is a term that covers various cuts of beef where the muscles are harder, meaning they need to be cooked more slowly over low heat until tender - making them perfect for stews, casseroles, pies and stroganoffs. With its balance of meaty flavour and fat content, it adds depth to your dishes without overpowering them. Cooked properly these braising steaks will melt in your mouth with their soft texture – creating amazing meals each time!

STORAGE: Our meat will arrive in a special Stay-Chilled insulated box, designed to keep your products fresh and chilled. Once received, keep refrigerated below 5°C at the bottom of the fridge. Follow the date on the packaging for use. Once opened, use within 48hr.

FREEZING: For best results freeze on day of delivery or before the use by date shown on the front of the pack. Use within three months of freezing. Defrost in a refrigerator ideally in the original packaging. Defrost thoroughly before use.
